Ingredients:
Quinoa Directions: 1 part quinoa to 1.75 parts liquid. We only had water but I would use Veggie Broth (or chicken) if in house. Mix and bring to a rapid boil on stove top. Reduce heat to Medium-Low and cover with a vented lid. Stir occasionally (maybe every 3 to 5 minutes the whole time). When water is absorbed and quinoa texture is to your desire you are done. You can always add more liquid and/or butter. About 20 minutes for 1 cup quinoa.
Patties: Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Wash hands and make into patties. We cooked 6 at a time for about 10 minutes on each side. Lid on. I read the reviews and it said to be patient and allow patties to brown...
Salad: Perfect mixing side dish. Spinach, tomato, red onion, cucumber, goat cheese
